Right back down to the bottom again. We’ll have to see what the house does with the bailout bill tomorrow. I’ll also take this time to remind people that I am not a news source nor a qualified economist. My expertise lies in trading stocks, and I’ll give my opinion on the economy and things, but it should be taken just as that — a single person’s opinion.
