SPY Daily Chart (10/07/2008)

After briefly pausing at the end of yesterday and the beginning of today, the plummet continued on strong sending the market to new lows.  At this rate, the market will hit the bottom well before the end of the year.  More likely though, we’ll have some bounces here and there and the pain will continue for a bit longer.
